We value the trust you place in us. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for donations made to Girija-Welfare.
Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
As contributions are applied to charitable work, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions
If you made a donation in error or were charged more than once, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified erroneous or duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
Recurring Donations
You may cancel a recurring (monthly/quarterly/annual) donation at any time by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior gifts.
Tax Receipts
If a refund is issued for a donation for which an 80G receipt was provided, the receipt will be treated as void.
